Statoil has completed work on establishing a stationary fuel tank for Jet A-1 at Skien Airport, Geiteryggen. The plant is operational and existing tank is no longer in use. The plant consists of a tank with capacity 50 000 litres, disclosure cabinets and card vending machine. The facility is located in the northeast corner of apron east of the runway. All operational and administrative procedures with respect to the refuelling are based on an agreement between Statoil ASA, Norway and the customer.
